Mike is a native of the Capital Region with over 30 years of experience in the accounting field. Mike's career began with work in the field of healthcare administration before he began his own firm in 1992. Since starting Michael Crowley, CPA PC, Mike has helped thousands of clients in various industries.Mike is a Vietnam-Era Veteran, having served in the United States Army. When not in the office, you can likely find Mike out on the golf course.

CAITLIN CROWLEY
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
Caitlin joined the family business in 2022. With a background in organizational leadership, Caitlin previously held management positions in the field of higher education. Since joining Crowley Associates, Caitlin has worked to streamline organizational systems, improve client management and communication, and continue a legacy of client satisfaction. Caitlin specializes in tax preparation and leads our firm's tax preparation division. A former college athlete, Caitlin enjoys cycling and might be found training for a triathlon.

MICHELLE POWERS, CPA

Michelle joined Crowley Associates in 2025 after spending more than 30 years serving the local community as a CPA specializing in tax. She has worked extensively with business owners to streamline tax processes and maximize their tax situation. She also enjoys working with individual clients, many of whom she has assisted for years.
